in 1992 providing a full range of travel-related services
required by the business traveller and exhibition delegate.

Service, Passports & Visas, Travel Expense Management,
Courier Delivery, Management Information, Supplier Negotiation.
Typically, business is serviced
in-house, with a dedicated, fully trained Account Manager
assigned to each client. However, other options do exist
and can be implemented to best meet the needs of each
individual client (implant, outplant, joint venture
etc).
How
we meet your Needs
Many of our clients develop their own definitive travel
policies (sometimes in partnership with us).
Our state of the art accounting system
(Sabre and Travel Power) and our management information
system (Times) provide us with the most sophisticated
methods of producing and analysing travel patterns/numerical
data, enabling us to consistently deliver the most appropriate,
cost effective products to our clients. Clients' managers
and buyers can then engage in independent analysis -
particularly useful when buying their travel service
via a management fee.
A comprehensive 24-hour service is offered
to all our clients, giving travellers round the clock
access to a senior manager, who has the authority to
take independent decisions when it counts most.

a tender document, outlining specific objectives and
demanding detailed responses in order to establish that
the prescribed criteria can be satisfied. Our response

travel proposal.
